The production is fully automated, and all products are developed, produced, and shipped from Denmark.
The Polycrete Team
Ring spacer with strong cone legs for a strong and simple controlled reinforcement distance.
Gives a minimal mark in the concrete due to the radius at the end of each cone/feet, which also helps to ensure a good solid casting.
DST distance spacer with strong cone legs for a strong and simple controlled reinforcement distance.
Can be placed with long center distance, due to the high strength of the spacer.
The EBF system makes positioning electrical boxes easy.

More information
When useing these safecaps, there are no missing SafeCaps when the elements arrive at the construction site.
The EX40 hollow core end cap comes with an integrated arm, insuring the fixation and the distance to the end of the slab.
The integrated handle ensures good ergonomics.
